Data we process
- Contact details such as your name, email address, and optional phone number.
- Company name, requested services, budget, timeline, and other information you include in a project enquiry.
- The content of messages and subsequent correspondence with us.
- Technical information such as IP address, time, browser, and device type in security and server logs.
- Your language choice and saved privacy choice in your browser’s local storage.
Purposes and legal bases
We process form and correspondence data to answer questions, assess a potential engagement, and prepare proposals. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us.
If you become a client, we process the data required to enter into and perform the agreement. Invoice and accounting records are retained to comply with legal obligations. Technical logs are processed based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functioning website.
We do not use contact-form data for newsletters or targeted marketing without a separate lawful basis.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised people at FOREMP can access data when necessary. The website is hosted by Vercel and form emails are delivered using Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their data protection terms.
Some providers are based in, or may use infrastructure outside, the EU/EEA, including the United States. Such transfers must rely on a valid adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us if you would like more information about the applicable safeguards.
We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep data
Enquiries that do not become an engagement are normally deleted or anonymised no later than 12 months after the last contact. Data needed for a client engagement is retained during the engagement and afterwards for as long as required for the agreement, warranties, or possible legal claims. Accounting records are kept for the period required by Swedish law.
Technical logs are kept only for as long as needed for security and troubleshooting under our providers’ current retention periods. Your privacy choice is stored for 180 days. The language choice remains until you clear website data in your browser.
Your rights
You may request access to your data and, where the conditions are met, correction, erasure, restriction, or data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.
Email kontakt@foremp.se to exercise your rights. If you believe that we process data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, and loss. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
We may update this policy when the website, our services, or the rules change. The current version is always published on this page, and the date above shows the latest update.
